Family Child Care - Rates
Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) contracts with the Minnesota Department of Human Services to conduct a child care rate survey each spring**. The data, collected from licensed child care providers and programs, impacts the county child care reimbursement rates as well as provides information to child care professionals and parents.

**Price Fixing: The federal antitrust law states that competitors cannot discuss rates. Contacting other child care programs to see what they are charging so that you can set your rates is not allowed. You may contact your local Child Care Resource & Referral for the average rates in your area.
