Child Care Center training requirements are found in Rule 3 part 245A.40

Before and After School (SAC) Programs not operating in a licensed child care center may not need to be licensed. Sites may include schools, recreation centers, or places of worship.

Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) contracts with the Minnesota Department of Human Services to conduct a child care rate survey each spring.  The data, collected from licensed child care providers and programs, impacts the county child care reimbursement rates as well as provides information to child care professionals and parents.
